| What do I need on my computer to view your animated ecards. |
All of our cards use the Flash Player plug-in software which is a product of a large US company called Adobe (formerly Macromedia) . The player is automatically included with all common browser programs, including Internet Explorer and Netscape. Therefore, you should not have to download the player in order to see the animation. Be sure of trouble-free viewing by downloading the latest version now! It's free of charge and only takes a minute to install. Click here to install it free of charge now. |
| I have the Flash Player plug-in, but it doesn't work! |
Try this site to test your plug in. The site page should read "Test Adobe Shockwave & Flash Players". This site will prompt you to install the latest version of their flash player plug-in in needed.

| Prevent your ecard message from being sent to junk, spam or deleted folder. |
If a recipient says that a card you sent was never delivered, the first thing to check is whether we received your request to send the card. You can check this by logging on to pamelagladding.com and clicking your Member Account and Card History option.. If the card is listed as having been sent, then you can be sure that it has left our server.
The next thing to check is whether you received a non-delivery report concerning that card. When a card (or any email) is sent, the responsibility for the delivery lies with the recipient's mailserver and if for any reason they are unable to deliver the mail, they will send a non-delivery report to the sender explaining why.
If you never received a non-delivery note, then it is almost certain that the card was in fact delivered to your recipient's mailbox. It is almost unheard of for a recipient's mailserver to refuse to deliver a card without sending a non-delivery notice back to the sender.
However, just because the card was delivered to the recipient's mailbox doesn't mean the recipient will have seen it! Many mail services include spam filtering facilities which will file suspect mail in a "quarantine" area, or even simply delete it. Your message may have gone to their spam or junk folder.
Suggest you try again sending the recipient a card, however first alert the recipient to look for your message to ensure that the message doesn't end up in their spam or junk folder or if the recipients mail security are set too high, the message could be deleted. |
